Great rug. Softer than expected. Just shake it out a few times before putting it inside.
I bought this rug for our living room, wanting something that looked good but would also be durable as we have a very active dog in the house. The rug looks great, is holding up very well and as an added bonus arrived at the house much sooner than we expected!
This is a great rug - I love neutrals and this rugs colors are muted enough that I still would consider it neutral. The tassels are so adorable, too!

Rug arrived quickly and well packaged. The colors are even better in person. They are lighter and blend really well together creating a beautifully neutral rug with a pop of color and character along the border. Feels great underfoot as well and I love the natural fibers versus something man made that always smells funny and ends up polluting my home.
The rug works great in the area we need it. The color difference on the trim is subtle, but very nice. Also surprisingly soft!
I bought this rug a couple months ago and I’m thinking about getting it again for another room. The color is a perfect neutral to go with any colors and the texture makes it more fun!
Gray is a definitely greenish gray as others have commented. Handsome rug and great price.
This is my second sisal rug. I am replacing the first because I purchased a larger kitchen table and the other was too small. These rugs are very durable and can withstand animals and people on it on a daily basis. I chose this rug again because I just love the durability of it, and it is very nice looking. I would highly recommend this rug. No need for a pad under it either.
Delivered within a reasonable time. The "packaged" smell is still around after almost a week. Otherwise, great rug, great service. Would use RUGS USA again!
Love how the tassels are along the long sides- looks great under a dining room table! Good quality too.
