The shipping was fast. Carpet is really thick and comfy. The only down side is it sheds a lot...I have dark hardwood floor, so it's really obvious. Hopefully it will stop after a while.

Yes it's a little pinkish but in like a good way. Adds a great pop and balance to grays and more subdued earth tones.

This rug is gorgeous and really well made. It totally pulled my sons entire room together and we love it!

I love this rug! This is actually the second one I ordered because I loved the runner so much. However, there was one really huge problem with the shipping. When it arrived the packaging appeared to be sealed and no part of the rug appeared to be exposed. But when I took it out of the plastic it was completely drenched and smelled horrific. I have no idea how it got wet. It almost appeared it had been packaged wet but I'm sure that was not the case. Anyway, I had to get it out of my house because the smell was so strong so I laid it out to dry in my backyard and air it out. It took a full day to dry and the smell was still there but not as bad. I love the rug and really didn't want to return it because I didn't want to wait for another one. So I febreezed the heck out of it and hoped that the smell would fade or I would have to call customer service. The smell is almost gone and I'm going to keep it. Never did call customer service.

Rug is very think and even more durable than expected. Will need to be vacuumed many times as it looks to shed but that's fairly standard with these types of rugs. We love the quality and it will look great.

I really love this wool rug! I wanted something plush, comfortable, tufted rather than looped (so that the cats can't pull on loops), colorful and traditional - this rug exceeded my expectations. This was my first purchase with rugsusa and now I know where I'll be getting future rugs. A wool rug tip is to be sure you have a good vacuum cleaner because it will shed (a lot) for the next couple of weeks. I've been vacuuming the rug twice a day and it's still yielding fibers. This is a standard wool rug issue and I know it will dissipate as more time goes by. Also, when first laying the rug down there was an organic odor to it, not a chemical one. I think with any rug there will be some form of initial smell, and I'm glad that this rug didn't have an offensive chemical smell! Delivery was fast and the rug was packaged well - thank you so much!
