Just as pictured, durable, thick, true to color, I love it. Also did not have any strange smells. It is perfect!
This is the perfect rug for an entranceway. My cat and dog carry in soot from my courtyard plus there is a lot of traffic back and forth to the front door. Not only is it practical but more importantly the jute rug is beautiful and makes a statement with its tasseled ends. Love it!!
Beautiful rug, great price. We have it in our dining room and have gotten lots of compliments! No problem pushing chairs in and out.
The rug is a great. It's a bit thick and heavy.. seems good quality for the price. The downside is that it is very rough on the feet.
Came in great time, looks beautiful, solid quality and SO affordable. Really pleased with the whole purchase start to finish.
Good quality, is great for hiding dirt, stains. We got it as a temporary replacement for our living room while we train a puppy in the winter.
The rug was super cute for my space but had a huge knot that stuck out on one part of it and the fringe on one side of it was already unraveling right out of the box.
I like the brown burlap color mixed in with the cream color. The only surprise is that the lighter color has some flecks of darker color mixed in giving it a bit more casual of a look. Great options for a simple dining room rug, especially for the price - it lays flat nicely and does not get caught under the chairs.
I received this rug and it was very discolored. I called Rugs USA, and they shipped a replacement one very quickly. The customer service representatives were especially friendly and responsive. This rug is very thick and nubby, which is exactly the look I was hoping to achieve for my shabby chic dining area. The fringe on the ends adds another element of interesting design -- still simple but a little more visual interest. I am 100% happy with this rug, and I think you will be very happy with it if you purchase it.
I love this rug! It adds the perfect texture to my traditional/classic/farmhouse living room. I am unable to give it 5 stars for these reasons; the rug does shed some, and the beautiful braided tassels are coming unwound. I have had the rug for 1 week.
Overall a good chunky jute rug and the quality seems fair for the price. The style is more rustic than refined which is true of all jute rugs I have owned. The rug has a very heavy sturdy feel, lays flat immediately off the roll, and holds it’s shape well. The edges are not as straight as shown in the product images and the weave is quite a bit tighter in some spots than others. The pile height is low enough to use in front of my entry door with a low-profile rug pad (I have had to return rugs that interfered with the ability of the door to open and close). The color is an off-white that does appear yellowish in some lights. It’s not soft, but much softer than other jute rugs I have owned. The fringe is a very chunky jute and arrived intact although it does look like it will fray over time. There are also a few places where the raw ends of jute twine stick out of the rug but not excessive for this type of rug. The rug has dropped less dirt on the floor than I was expecting, but did drop some. I have had the rug in place for 5 days and so far I expect the rug to last 1-2 years in a my entry with very high traffic from both kids and adults. I will re-evaluate just before the return deadline. If the rug does well until that time, I plan to order a larger size for my dining room because the rug lays very flat on its own and seems like it would stay put under moving chairs. As a note, the rug was delivered 4 days after the original delivery date I was given. After two days of no rug and no shipping update, I contacted customer service. It took them several days to respond and by that time the rug had been delivered. Maybe just an error on the part of the delivery company but worth noting if you need your rug by a certain date.
