I should have read the description better; I thought only the tassels on this rug were leather. Actually, the entire rug is made of leather strips, which makes it very 'hard' instead of soft. It's not the coziest for the bedroom, but I'm keeping it anyway because it looks really nice.

Truly a fantastic rug. Great feel and look at a very great price. I highly recommend.

I just received this last evening. I haven't taken it out of the package yet. The leather color does look a little intense (too orange vs. tan) It looks nice in the package just not quite the right color.

This rug is beautiful. Much nicer than I expected. NO odor or damage from shipping. The website is well structured and I will definitely shop there again.

The leather was not white, it was blue/grey so I had to return. It's a great rug, though so I am bummed it will not work in my house.

I had to wait a bit due to backorder, but once it was available my rug arrived as expected. Wonderful large size, good quality, minimal "new rug" smell- just a little leathery, because it's leather! Not an offensive or health hazardous odor. The fringe was a little uneven and required some trimming, easy to do. I like the weight of the rug, it lays beautifully from the get go. And I appreciate that it doesn't cover me in fibers if I sit on the floor, my previous jute rug never stopped shedding fibers.

This rug has a leathery texture to it but still soft. It is better than I had expected, which is often with Rugsusa! I think it's thicker than most runners and of good quality. The colors are also nice. It's a light grey and a light burnt orange. It's worth it in my opinion and I am really happy with my purchase! I'm pleased with Rugsusa as usual.

I cannot believe the great deal I got on this beautiful rug. Looks very high end and expensive!

This rug is great. Contrary to what other's have said, the smell wasn't bad when we first laid it out and the quality seems really good. If you want something cushy, also purchase a rug pad because it is quite thin. We purchased the 8x10 size and have been really happy so far, especially for the price! FYI, this rug is listed on Urban Outfitters for much higher in cost (that's what you get for shopping with a markup company).

I LOVE this rug. Looks FAR more expensive than it was. Adds great texture to my all-white and reclaimed wood office -- it's modern , a bit rustic, yet casual at the same time. Big thing here is the texture and the polish it adds -- it brings the room together. The leather is soft enough to walk on, and the colors are perfect gray neutrals. Exceptional purchase.
