Gorgeous rug. It is looped in the cream colored sections. Because it is natural, it sheds a bit. You can't vacuum it with the brush on because it tends to pull out the loops out. Because some of the loops are already pulled out, I am not sure how strong the loops are. The grey section is very light grey and I didn't think it was greige at all, but a true grey. The shiny thread is very subtle. The rug laid flat from unrolling. I have the 8x12 size. The rug was lighter in person than I expected and I would not suggest it for high traffic areas. With all that being said, if you like the picture, this rug is even prettier in person. If these things are not a big deal to you, absolutely buy it!
I have it in front of my front door in a large foyer. I have a lot of Mackenzie Childs stuff and it works perfectly. Very homey and chic.
This rug looks perfect in our hallway, compliments our white coat rack with black hooks.
This rug looks great in my daughters room. It feels great under her feet and brings the room together. Very happy.
This rug was a fantastic buy. Rich blue, thick, and overall great quality and affordable. We Love it!
I love my rooster rug. It fits nicely in my breakfast nook and the colors are bright and cheery. It works!
I love this rug! Such a fun design and the quality is great. It was perfect for my entryway :)
This rug is a great value. The color is a true navy (not dark blue). It’s thick and comfortable to sit on. Make sure you do not use a power/beater brush on it - if you don’t you shouldn’t have problems with shedding. We’ve had no issues.
The Rug arrived

beautiful!! was just

great site! cheers!
This rug looks and feels like a high-end rug. I had my eye on a cowhide patchwork rug from Serena and Lily but was unwilling to pay $2K plus for a rug. I haven't seen the SL rug in person, but I can say that the Rugs USA rug is a fantastic alternative. I had three concerns after reading reviews that made me hesitant to purchase final sale: (1) the rug would come shorter than advertised (2) it shed and (3) the edges were unbound. I've had this rug on the ground for a few weeks now and I can confidently say (1) the rug is exactly 9'6" x 7'6" as advertised (2) it does shed-- you can see the small white hairs when you lay something like a pillow on the rug-- but it never tracks on my hardwood and it is easy to vacuum with an attachment and (3) the very outer edges are unbound but there IS an outer trim cowhide piece that is bound and I see no issue with the rug coming apart. One other point to make is several reviewers said this rug was too precious for a high-traffic area, but I have mine in the most trafficked room in the house because cowhide is one of the most durable types of rugs and the only kind of white rug I would put on my floor with pets and spill-prone kids. I will update my review if after a few months the rug is showing wear, but I am anticipating loving this rug for a long time. And, at the 90% off price I paid, I think it's a great deal for the money.
This is the 5th (yes 5th!) iteration of this particular rug I have bought for my home or cabin. I love the interesting edge that follows the 'pebble' shape. In my home, I have the color that has some greens and aqua and at the cabin, it's the brown version. All are VERY high quality, have worn fabulously and are thick and plush even after years of high traffic use.
I love it so much! I’ve had my eye on it for years. It’s perfect! I love real wool rugs.
