This rug is just as lovely in person as it looks on the site. Also, much plusher than I expected it to be. Gives off a slight odor—not all that unpleasant, somewhat similar to jute—that I'm sure will dissipate in time. The 10x14 ships folded rather than rolled but the creases are going away quickly. Overall, happy with the purchase! (FWIW, shipping took AGES by today's standards. I had to email customer service twice before the rug finally shipped. It took 3+ weeks from date of order to date of arrival—nearly twice as long as the estimated delivery date quoted on the site.)

Very happy with this rug. True to the picture and fits perfectly in my living room. Seems to be a great quality, I would recommend purchasing the pad however to give it more plush.

great rug and price -- perfect neutral and comfortable so far. have not purchased a rug pad but i think it can go with or without one. Unfortunately, the new packaging where they fold it and deliver in plastic didn't work out for me as a corner came busted and damaged some of the threading on the edge. That's the only small negative but not enough to return.

The rug turned out better than I could have expected, it completely transformed the room. Super soft and comfy. Rugsusa was great to work on through the whole purchasing process.

I have been looking for a new rug for our open concept living area forever. I finally ordered this in the 14 x10 size and I just love it ! It is beautiful, great price, fast shipping no smell as in other reviews. Just get it, relax and enjoy all the compliments.

Beautiful LARGE rug. When I laid it out I was worried with how many creases it had (I got the 10x14) because there were SO many. They all disappeared within a week of laying out out. I also did not order the pad for under it. It is fairly comfy.. I am sure the pad would be nice but I am too cheap. This rug is sold EVERYWHERE and Rugs USA was the cheapest place I could find it once I used a code.

Kid and pet-friendly! More of a cream-colored rug. Not super thick or plush but I wasn’t really looking for that.

Great rug, really love the muted colors. I’ve only had it for a week or so but it seems to be high quality and holding up to a toddler and two dogs.

I love this rug because of how it looks and because of the ease of cleaning. I have three small children and needed something that would be easy to clean but also appealing to the eye. This rug is perfect!

Love this rug and I love the price and how fast I got it! The only bad thing is how its packaged. I have lines all over. I'm hoping to have them eventually fall out.
