Love everything about this rug! Arrived quickly and looks awesome in our guest bedroom!
Very pretty rug. It's not a natural fiber rug, but that's my fault for not reading the description. Still very pretty and durable. Looks pretty in my bedroom. Will last quite a while.
Great rug, really love the muted colors. I’ve only had it for a week or so but it seems to be high quality and holding up to a toddler and two dogs.
love it! exactly what i thought it would be - colorful, soft and great condition
Love this company. Every rug ordered/delivered was exceptional. The Moroccan Trellis Rug is thick, beautiful and looks wonderful.
I love my new rug! The quality and price are excellent, this was a great buy for the money. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and will definitely be a returning customer.
The rug was exactly what we were looking for. Super quick shipping and excellent quality.
I love this rug BUT the natural fibers shed quite a bit. I am thinking it will calm down after it's been in place for a while but be prepared for lots of sweeping at first.
We were a little sceptical ordering this rug because it was so cheap, but it's perfect! It flattened out in a couple of days and is exactly what we were looking for.
Great rug! A mixture of denim color blue to brighter blues. Would work to match most other blue printed rugs. Ordered Dark Blue runner.
Got this in the mail very quickly, it was new in the packaging, but when we took it out it smelled so bad. It was a musty smell, kind of like wet dog mixed with maybe a strong fiber smell. Either way the stench was bad enough that I could smell it down the hall.
It was well into winter when it arrived and here in PA it’s not like I can just air it out with the windows open when it’s 15 degrees out. I looked into wool rugs smelling and found a blog that said a brand new wool rug should have absolutely no strong odor.
If it does, most likely it was an issue with climate control in storage or it got moisture in the package. I read that I could try sprinkling baking soda and borax and letting it sit for a day to help the smell, or airing it out outside.
So I emailed customer service and asked them if I returned it (costing me $25) but got another one that smelled, could I get my return fee back... they actually offered me 20% discount off the price I paid returned to my card if I chose to keep the rug.
So after much debate and contemplating what to do, I decided to keep the rug.
I did the Borax/Baking soda method to help the odor and it worked a little. The smell has definitely gone away a lot, not completely, but I think by summer after having windows open when it’s warm, it will be fine.
So I’m deducting one star because of the smell issue. Many reviews stated their rug had no smell so I think it was just a bad one I got.
The rug is very pretty and so cute in my daughter’s new big girl room. It is not as vibrant as I thought it would be but it’s just fine. Lots of colors in the rug to play off of when it comes to decor.
It hasn’t shed much at all. But if I’m wearing black cotton leggings and get on the floor to play with my daughter, the fibers do stick to my clothes but it’s not crazy.
Hope this is helpful!
I was skeptical, but the rug is soft, full, and cushiony even with no pad. If you're unsure, Don't be a skeptic like me. Buy it. It's a great deal! I'm sitting on it now. :hugging: (my fingertips disappear into the rug for an idea about the length)
