Colors are not true from photo to real life. While I thought there was just varieties of brown shades, there is actually a purplish tone as well. Which does not go with my décor, therefore I wanted to return them. Yes, you can buy prepaid labels from Rugs USA but the cost is $...!! Just for shipping!! I could buy any other rug for that price! Quality of rug is good.. Does shed a bit.. But soft. End of story, I'm trying to locally sell them myself and already ordered two new rugs.. Keeping my fingers crossed! At least the ones I just bought actually had good reviews!!

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
