I didnt like the ottoman. It was mis-shapen, there is a zipper and it is in plain view. Nothing like advertised. Returned the item.
Very nice item. I received this item very fast.I recommend this item to a friend of mine.And I'm sure she will like it.What really made me like this item was the print on it, it remind me of African style items, And my house is full of African items.

The only reason I returned it is the overall size was too small for the large white chair I wanted to pair it with. As other reviewers have stated, the shipping carton is slightly undersized and flimsy. Ottoman had no interior cover to keep it from getting dirty during shipping. tmtrkldr

I was concerned at first when I received the package because it was destroyed and when I removed the packaging tape and opened the box, the pouf was just kind of crammed in there with no protectants. Luckily, the pouf was still in tact. Would definitely recommend!

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I have been eyeing up these poufs for a while now; however, the price was holding me back until I found them on rugsusa.com. They had the best price compared to every other place I have seen them. I also received an additional 20% off, which was fantastic. I received it today and was scared to open the box because of how the packaging was when it arrived. It was completely beat up and ripped, luckily, when I opened it the pouf was still in good condition. I would suggest they package their stuff better to prevent damage. Anyway, the pouf is great! I ordered a yellow one and really like it, I wish it were a tad bigger, but that isn't rugsusa's fault. I would recommend. I will be buying another one!! Thanks for a great price!
