I'll start by saying that the actual rug (style and color) is exactly what I wanted. I rated this product a 2 due to the condition the rug was in when it arrived. I have purchased rugs from this site before and have been extremely happy. However, the second I unrolled this rug I was horrified. One whole side of the rug had been severely stretched out in the packaging process and flares out in an hourglass shape, making it a tripping hazard and an eyesore. The return/exchange process is still somehow ongoing despite the easy process the company claims on their voicemail on hold and the site. They claim that natural rugs will not be a rectangle and that I should remove my furniture from the rug and push the weave back together by hand!! I may as well hop on a plane to Anji Mountain and weave my own rug! DO NOT BUY THIS RUG!
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Awesome rug. Just beautiful. Have bought three. They are well made and hide all the dog hair beautifully.
