RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I rated this rug "Average" because of the excellent low price; otherwise, I did not like the texture which was shiny and cheap-looking, or the color which is more of a light aqua blue than the light true blue pictured on the website. The construction looked satisfactory, but all in all the rug looked plastic. Because of this hard finish, spots would probably clean up well. At any rate, our granddaughter can probably use it in her dormitory room where its looks don't matter too much.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.So far the rug looks great. I think it will wear well and does not show the dirt. The actual color is much darker then shown on the internet, it is a dark spruce green.

I've tried other rugs of wool and chenille and neither seems to look very good after some traffic has crossed over them. I love the little dots of color which dress it up - solid colors can be boring. This rug is GREAT!
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I LOVE this rug. It is very sturdy, doesn't lift easily if you "bump" into it with your feet. The weight of this rug makes it look very luxurious. The little colored specks give it a very nice look since solids can be kind of boring by themselves. I only wish that it was available in a 7-foot round so I could put one under my kitchen table. The sand color is great and looks very nice in my den. I've ordered the Navy for my living room.
