Can't say enough how much I LOVE this rug! I bought the 9x12 in the US and adored the texture that it brings to a room, esp on top my dark hardwoods. Loved it so much I brought it with us when we moved to the UK. Sadly rooms here are smaller and it didn't fit, so it'll go in storage and.....I just bought another in a smaller size. Love it that much :).

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I ordered this rug for my living room, and it was backordered but still shipped quickly. I love the love of this rug--very cozy and neutral. It looks great against my dark hardwood floors. However, the color is not white. Some other reviewers called it a warm, winter white. It might could be considered a dark, winter white, but I would call it a cream/off-white color. I am glad its a little darker than white, less harsh. But, this rug SHEDS, SHEDS, and then SHEDS some more!!! I expected some shedding but I don't see how the rug will never shed due to the fibers/way rug is made. I have vacuumed the rug several times, but it continues to shed a lot!! It is worse than our Pomeranian dog!!! The shedding makes this rug almost unusable :(

We have dark hardwood floors and the rug sheds so badly it looks as though we have 5 little white dogs living in our house. I have to sweep the wood floors everyday. When sweeping the rug, use only suction as the rotating brush will pull the wool out more. Nice rug, good quality for the price, but I hate the shedding.

We vaccuum it at least once a week and we have chucks of the wool all over the house. It's a swiffer nightmare. Will have to remove it from our bedroom... very disappointed.

I got the 9'x12' because the 8'x10' was out of stock, but I'm glad I did since I love the statement it makes in the space! Rug is sturdy like the closeup picture. I was a little uncertain from one of the pictures if it would be heavy enough not to curl up at the edges, and it certainly doesn't. My baby loves crawling on it too since it's cozy. Got on 75% sale so I'm one happy mama! Now, just need to ensure nobody spills wine on my beautiful rug!

I probably wouldn't use in a high traffic area, it has recesses that stuff could get trapped in. Perfect for my daughter's room though.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.this rug is AMAZING! color is a great warm winter white. texture is perfect cable knit type looping. super soft. very thick. looks like it will wear well, but just received so can't give feedback on that subject. it didn't smell at all when i received it - quick shipping, too. i'm very happy with my purchase! word of advice - when you vacuum, don't use the brush. my vacuum has a wood floor setting that doesn't enable to spinning brush. i would think the spinning power of the brush could catch some of the loops.
Love this rug! It looks like a sweater! It vacuums easily and shows very little dirt for being off white. We got one of these rugs in a 5x8 and now got one in an 8x10.

It brightens up our space and is so comfortable to walk on. The only worry I have is long term durability if I have to clean it (in case we stain it somehow or something). Right now the only small problem I'm having is vacuuming it because my vacuum is not good enough quality and it is shedding since it is new it clogs up my vacuum. I need a better vacuum anyway though so I guess now I have my excuse!

I wish it were true to size. It was a little bumpy initially, but it seems to have flattened out. Other than that, it was a great price compared to the high-end store cable area rug and looks similar.

Also, there are some spots on the rig where it looks like the cable wasn't completely dyed. Overall a great rug and worth the price...since it was 50% off... but I would not have bought it if it wasn't on sale.

Unfortunately - I have dark floors and the gray doesn't stand out against the dark wood. It does shed somewhat but usually clumps together so it's really quick to clean up.

We were looking at similar products that cost three times as much at crate and barrel and Bloomingdales. Large braids that look modern. We haven't had any shedding issues yet. It appears that it will be difficult to clean so we are very careful about keeping food and dirt off it. Probably not kid friendly.
