- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
The rug is absolutely beautiful and looks amazing on my wood floors. My only complaint is that it sheds a little.

I purchased this rug in the largest size for my living room and LOVE it. It really does look fantastic and high-quality. The navy color does show pet hair easily (I knew it would and we have two shelties that shed like it's their job). Also, the "white" color on the screen, I would say is very slightly off-white or ivory in real life. It doesn't seem "pure white" to me, but I still love it.

The cream actually worked better with my decor. This rug sheds quite a bit but I'm assuming that will stop with time (it's less than 2 weeks old).

I am using it in a modern eclectic setting but I can see it in traditional as well. The color( grey) is slightly lighter than it appears on my monitor but still works for me.The rug is thicker than I was anticipating. and the design is wonderful..

The rug was rich in color and feel although the white is more a ivory on the charcol rug. Definatly a better quality then I expected for the price. I will be buying from this company again. Love it!

The whitish part on it is definitely more off-white than white, which was fine with me since it matched my other things, but not exactly what you may expect from the pictures. All in all, I'd definitely recommend! :)

Now the company- I had a few issues with back ordering- and they didn't notify me, before or after that happened. (like 2 months late~! a long time from purchase date) however when i spoke with cusomer service online and via phone they were responsive and credited me for my time monetarily. So I guess i would order from them again, just with low quick delivery expectations. like SLOW expectations. but worth it for the cost!

Please note though, that the white in the rug is not actually true white. It's more of an off white. I got this for my nursery and just wanted others to be aware of this. I still made it work but the white white color would've been best for me. It's still is a great quality rug at a much cheaper price than anywhere else. I'd definitely recommend it!!!

I bought this rug for an area rug in my son's playroom and it was actually worked out perfectly for me because all of the carpet throughout our house is beige so it matches really well. My one complaint about this rug is that I've had it for three weeks and it is still shedding. I have vacuumed it probably eight times and I get a big container full of blue and beige fibers every time. I'm hoping that will eventually taper off, but I don't know. Overall, I recommend this rug and also highly recommend ordering from Rugs USA. I bought this rug at 35% off but a week later, it went on sale for 60% off. I called customer service and they immediately issued me a refund for the difference. Super easy!
