This rug shipped timely and it arrived in good condition. However,I ordered the wrong color, by mistake. Called to have the order cancelled,but it had already shipped. RugsUSA arranged a UPS pick up for me. We made a small slit in the package to take a look at the texture & quality. Then we ordered the lighter color next day. Everything went smoothly.

I am, however, very upset about the color. This is more of a blue-gray than a gray. I would pretty much call is navy with hints of gray. This is the second rug I've ordered from this website for my dining room that has not been even close to the color advertised on the site. I will now be forced to sell this on Craigslist, as I had to the last one, to try to recoup my money (and avoid the horrendous return shipping feeds). I really wish the color descriptions were more detailed and accurate- had they been, I could have ordered a different rug and perhaps would be writing a happier review.

I ordered the beige and it was basically creamish white... not tan looking at all, but I kept it anyways. I will also say that the rug sheds horribly, and we've had it for 3 months now and vacuum regularly. We have switched to both wearing white socks when at home and I never sit down anymore with my work clothes on because that darn rug hair seems to get everywhere. Hopefully that will get better over time.
I ordered two Modern Damask in Sand rugs and love them. They're beautiful and well made. They shed quite a bit, but when delivered, the instructions said they can shed up to three months and then it will stop. My only complaint was the time in which it took to get them. It took nearly two weeks for them to even be shipped and I wasn't contacted about delayed shipment. Other than that, I love the product itself very much.

Lovely rug - still shedding but that's to be expected. Colors are just what I expected. Rugs USA has been great to work with. Excellent value for the dollar.

It looks beautiful, but is just a touch darker than the picture-more of a beige when I was thinking cream. I got it for a great price, and love the the thickness of it. It sheds a bunch (as I expected a tufted rug would) so after a few weeks of vacuuming, it should be more manageable.

This rug is beautiful. I love the subtle colors and it fits my needs nicely. I thought I was ordering an 8x11 but it is only and 8x10. But, I am so in love with it I will not be sending it back. I will be ordering from RugsUSA again.
The rug is beautiful, a wonderful spin on a classic design pattern. It is shedding so much! Just from sitting or walking back and forth in a normal way. Any advice? This is driving me crazy.

From the details provided by the seller as well as all the raters, I had a good idea of what I was getting and love the rug. Only concern is that my rug is slightly smaller than advertised. It is about 1-1.5 inches short on both width and length. Doesn't sound like much but this could be enough to mean that my dining room chairs will be off the rug when pulled out. Other than that, a beautiful, high quality rug.

It actually is a pretty color but more on the blue/green gray side. I was looking more for a brown undertone. Grays are difficult to match. Otherwise, the rug is beautiful.
