- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
Received the rug and pad in a timely manner. The pad was the first to arrive, then followed by the rug. It only took two weeks tops (the order took place right before Sandy hit the East Coast) The rug was pretty true to the picture depicted on the website (note,color was not as vibrant as picture. Think muted colors). The rug is plush and thick. Expect shedding due to the wool fibers, you will have to vacume several times. Looks like a quality product. The price point is perfect for the size 8/x10. The rug works perfect in the room. The only issue I had was the initial smell of the rug and the pad. The rug had a strong musty smell and the pad was very foul smelling. However, after a couple days (aired the room out by keeping the windows open) the smell disapated. I would recommend Rugs USA and the product.

i got the multicolor ombre one, and it was beautiful! the colors look very bright online, but they are much more muted and soft in person, which was exactly what i wanted. they really put a nice pop into a cream colored room without overdoing it... i wish they had more sizes and i would definitely order more of this rug for my front hall and doorway!
