This is a nice thick rug and looks great in my room, much prettier than I even expected, and for a great price!
I love this rug. Rugs USA is where I buy all of my rugs and this rug is both affordable and really lovely. I don't know where else I can get a natural fiber wool and jute rug for my house for this price.
Great rug! If you want a nice thick woven rug then this is it! I haven't noticed any shedding. The chunky texture is great! And the ivory wool woven in keeps the room very light and bright!
I like the rug. It is a little lighter than I expected and more shaggy looking than the photos, but still a good quality rug. There is no jute backing covering the reverse side. It is plush but also bumpy to walk on. Be sure to use a rugpad to keep it in place.
not exactly what I expected but I honestly love it. it’s beautiful and it fits my space perfectly. the only reason I docked a star is because of the shedding.. I sat down and got it all over my pants. other than that it’s great!
We love our rug, as pictured (in the close up picture). I thought it would a little more jute than white but more white; and didn't notice the tassle type material. BEAUTIFUL rug but a little rough to walk on, you can feel the wool knots. Not a rug to lay on, more for looks. Great for our living room!
Very happy with the two rugs! The rugs are thick and soft to walk on barefoot. The rug is of higher quality than expected for the price and fits are a variety of styles.
Absolutely beautiful rug! Great price and quick delivery. It does shed, but cleaning it is easy.
Love the color and quality! Great for beach/coastal/comfortable home. It is a little hard on bare feet but not enough to deter me from purchasing again. The wool in this rug is super soft!!!
I was pleasantly surprised how heavy this rug is, which was great for me in the area where I've placed it. While the quality seems to be very good, I will say that there are a few aspects about this style to consider before purchasing: #1 - It is VERY nubby. You can definitely feel the large fat loops of wool on the bottoms of your feet when you walk on it, so I would not classify this rug as "soft and comfy" underfoot. But that isn't a bad thing - just depends on what you expect as far as the comfort of the pile. #2 - By nature of the very thick and nubby texture it isn't the best choice if you need to move chairs with legs on it often - such as a dining chair. I am using it in an area where I have a writing desk. I use a 4-legged chair there and I do have to slightly lift up the chair in order to move it around otherwise it kind of gets hung up due to the nubby texture. So be aware of this fact. #3 - Vacuuming it ... you DO NOT want to use the beater brush option on your vacuum cleaner, as the very thin wispy white threads that make up all the tufts that proliferate this rug will likely get pulled out over time. They are not strongly knotted onto the rug. Case in point: when I received this rug it was tightly rolled up and had wide tape holding it together at the top, middle and bottom - clear packing tape. But when trying to remove the tape it was pulling out some of the white threads. I found that the faster you pulled off the tape, the less threads would be stuck to the tape. This didn't cause any noticeable loss in quality, however proved to me that these threads would be very vulnerable to a beater bar when vacuuming. #4 - Dirt, crumbs and such will probably be a bit harder to suction out of this rug due to the various pile heights within the rug - there are big fat "nubs" of wool, long white tufts and big fat twists of jute. So...I wouldn't recommend this rug for a kids room or eating area. Hope this review proves helpful. And again - it is a lovely rug and even nicer in person than the photos show. And the colors on my computer monitor proved to be the same as the rug I received.
